Paying the Price for Peace - A Documentary on Brian Willson

Friends Meeting at Cambridge (5 Longfellow Park, Cambridge) is honored to be able to show the documentary “Paying the Price for Peace” on Saturday evening, October 1st at 7:00.  The film chronicles the life and witness of Brian Wilson who in 1987 during a protest was run over by a train carrying weapons from a naval weapons depot in California.  The loss of both legs and nearly his life have not slowed him down, and the file contextualizes his stand for peace.  Free and open to the public.

Paying the Price for Peace exposes the truth about the United States’ addiction to war, and the lies it perpetuates in order to wage ongoing violence, through the life and times of Air Force veteran S. Brian Willson and other veterans.
