The monthly Watertown Citizens vigils for October will focus on drawing attention to the Budget for All referendum that will be on the ballot on November 6. Our signs will reflect the four parts of the referendum question:

- Stop the Cuts
- Invest in Jobs
- Tax the 1%
- End the Wars
