Join 1199SEIU President George Gresham and 
local leaders for a meeting to discuss next steps as we build a progressive movement to confront major issues threatening working families, including:
- The attacks against public services and public employees
- Continued funding for war draining resources from our communities
- The expanding income divide between rich and poor
- How tax breaks for large corporations and the wealthy are depriving our communities of good jobs, good schools, and vital services
George Gresham (pictured at left) is President of 1199SEIU, a union of 375,000 healthcare workers in Massachusetts, New York,Washington D.C., Maryland, New Jersey and Florida. Mr. Gresham is also one of the founders of One Nation Working Together.
One Nation Working Together is a social movement of individuals and organizations committed to putting America back to work and pulling America back together. Coming from a diverse set of backgrounds, experiences, beliefs and orientations, we are determined to build a more united country with good jobs, equal justice, and quality public education for all.
